Bailey’s Compassion Care was created from a true passion for helping others. Founder Robin Bailey has always had a heart for serving individuals who need extra support, especially seniors and those living with memory challenges such as dementia.
Through personal and professional experiences, Robin saw how important it is for families to have someone they can trust to care for their loved ones. She understands that caregiving is not just about assistance — it is about compassion, patience, dignity, and emotional support.
Robin created Bailey’s Compassion Care to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are being cared for with kindness and respect. Her vision is to make every client feel valued, safe, and supported while remaining in the comfort of their home.
